  • MAJOR GENERAL MICHAEL A. FANTINI

    Maj. Gen. Michael A. Fantini is the Director, Air Force Warfighting Integration Capability, Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategy, Integration and Requirements, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Arlington, Virginia. In this position, he leads advanced efforts for design, integration and capability development across the Total Force for multi-domain concepts. AFWIC identifies prioritized ways and means to guide resourcing priorities improving Air Force lethality and enhancing the joint and coalition fight.
  • BRIGADIER GENERAL S. CLINTON HINOTE

    Brig. Gen. S. Clinton Hinote is the Deputy Director, Air Force Warfighting Integration Capability, Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Plans and Requirements, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C. In this position, he supports the AFWIC Director in developing Total Force, multi-domain operating concepts to implement the National Defense Strategy, and drive integration through centralized enterprise design and capability planning. AFWIC identifies prioritized ways and means to guide resourcing priorities improving Air Force lethality and enhancing the joint and coalition fight.
  • BRIGADIER GENERAL HOWARD L. EISSLER, III

    Brig. Gen. Howard L. "Chip" Eissler is the Deputy Director, Air Force Warfighting Integration Capability, Functional Integration Division, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C. In this position he supports the AFWIC director in developing Total Force, multi-domain operating concepts to implement the National Defense Strategy. General Eissler earned his commission through the U.S. Air Force Academy. He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force A-10 Weapons Instructor Course and a command pilot with more than 4500 flying hours. General Eissler has commanded a fighter squadron, a fighter group, an air operations group, and an attack wing.
  • BRIGADIER GENERAL DAVID J. KUMASHIRO

    Brig. Gen. David J. Kumashiro is the Multi-Domain Command and Control (MDC2) Cross-Functional Team Lead for the Air Force Warfighting Integration Capability. In this position, he guides the research, analysis, and assessments in support of the MDC2 mandate, and integrates innovative solutions into multi-domain operating concepts. AFWIC identifies prioritized ways and means to guide resourcing priorities improving Air Force lethality and enhancing the joint and coalition fight.
